Learning outcome
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
Examine what constitutes effective management measuring their own skills against the established criteria in the delivery of the product.
The areas focussed on are Leadership, communication, feedback and managing performance, team building, handling conflict within a team, problem solving, decision-making and delivering an effective briefing.
Extensive role playing using a video, allows candidates to measure their own performance.
