Facilitators Course-
Duration 2 days
The course is designed to identify and practice the major verbal categories and non-verbal behavior that is used when people communicate. The correct identification of these skills enables the course member to analyse and communicate in an effective manner to achieve specified learning points and collect behavioral data for feedback. Facilitation skills enable the facilitator to observe the processes happening within a group whilst the group is engaged in tasks.
